Communication Expert

JWF is implementing a project in partnership with Deutsche Gesellschaft für International Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), within the Framework of Promoting Gender Responsive and Inclusive Politics and Economy in the MENA Region – WoMENA.

 The project aims to empower women and girls in Lebanon by fostering their active participation in political and economic spheres within a safe, inclusive, and gender-responsive and transformative community through strengthening vulnerable beneficiaries accessing social cohesion and protection services and supporting companies, NGO’s, women’s and gender networks to implement innovative approaches to strengthen women’s participation.

Justice Without Frontiers is seeking to hire a communication expert to support JWF in setting up a comprehensive communication strategy for the organization. This strategy will enhance stakeholder engagement and public relations, ensuring clear and effective dissemination of project information, which is crucial for maintaining transparency and gaining community support.

The context of the communication and visibility strategy generally involves ensuring that the organization’s messages, goals, and activities are effectively communicated to its target audiences and that its presence is visible and positively perceived it is rooted in the need to build and maintain a positive image, foster engagement, and ensure that key messages are delivered and received as intended.

1. The scope of work and deliverablesof the consultancy are:

• - Evaluate current communication practices, materials, and channels to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
• - Develop a comprehensive communication and visibility strategy aligned with organizational goals. This includes defining objectives, target audiences, key messages, and communication channels.
• - Develop a plan for creating and distributing content across various platforms, including social media, websites, and print materials and for engaging with media outlets to  secure coverage and build relationships.
