  • -Technical Support: Provide front-line technical support to end users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues. Assist users in understanding and utilizing university technology resources.
  • -Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to university operations.
  • -Support Project Management: Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring online education projects to ensure they meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • -Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project documentation, prepare reports, and track project progress to provide updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders.
  • -Task Coordination: Help coordinate project tasks and activities, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and deadlines are met.
  • -Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to project performance, providing insights that support decision-making and project adjustments.
