Project Manager

LOST is seeking to recruit a Project Manager to support in WASH Project 

The project manager works to assist “Healthy Solutions: supporting specialized secondary health care and accessible WASH services for vulnerable disabled children, pregnant and lactating women, and their communities” project team with the management of resources, equipment, meetings, and information. He/she organizes the project with the goal of getting them completed on time and within budget.

Job Descripton:

•    Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
•    Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings.
•    Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
•    Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.
•    Ensure project deadlines are met.
•    Determine project changes.
•    Provide administrative support as needed.
•    Undertake project tasks as required.
•    Develop project strategies.
•    Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
•    Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
•    Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
•    Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
•    Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

Qualifications:

• BE in civil or mechanical engineering, public health
• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English; management skills
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience
