World Learning – QITABI 3 - SEL Consultant

World Learning seeks an SEL consultant to contribute to the SEL activities under its Quality Instruction Towards Access and Basic Education Improvement 3 (QITABI 3) program.

The SEL consultant will report to the senior SEL specialist. The primary role will be to support the Senior SEL specialist to coordinate on the various parallel strands of SEL activities under Q3 and other SEL related projects and document outcomes and progress; as well as to provide technical support on SEL content development.

Tasks include but are not limited to:
• Supporting in the coordination of different SEL components within the Q3 project and other relevant SEL activities with relevant partners and stakeholders
• Supporting in the coordination and preparation of school level SEL activities under Q3 - technical and logistical support
• Providing support on different capacity building activities and reporting on progress
• Documentation of work and outcomes under the specific SEL activities
• Coordinating, aligning, and monitoring quality of SEL related content development.
• Attending required meetings with partners and other stakeholders
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of a BA/BS in education, social sciences, relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years working in the field
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate with diverse groups of professionals across both the private and public sector
• Skilled multi-tasker and excellent time manager; ability to effectively achieve multiple goals and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic; French is a plus.

• Facilitating and documenting meetings with relevant stakeholders
• Reporting and monitoring all the training to the M&E and Finance departments
