Summer Camp Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Summer Camp Manager to oversee day and night operations and ensure a memorable experience for the participants.

Location: Kfardebian, Lebanon

Duration: Approximately 2 weeks, between end of July and first two weeks of August.

Responsibilities:

Planning and Coordination: Designing daily activities for the kids and tasks for monitors, ensuring a well-organized schedule.

Implementation Oversight: Ensuring smooth execution of the camp, adhering to all guidelines, and promptly reporting any issues.

Supervision: Monitoring and supervising camp animators to maintain a safe and engaging environment.

Communication: Regular coordination with the management team to update on camp progress and address any concerns.

Evaluation and Reporting: Conducting evaluations with monitors, compiling a comprehensive final report on camp activities, including participant numbers, group dynamics, feedback, success stories, challenges faced, recommendations, and relevant visuals.

Additional Responsibilities: Undertaking any other duties related to ensuring the success of the summer camp.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing summer camps or similar programs.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
• Passion for working with children and creating positive learning experiences.
