  • Roof Top : It should provide space and capacity to install Solar Panels 
  • Possibility Parking Space and Capacity :  Parking Lot for at least 25 cars / Underground or over ground  / Must be close to the office  / Preferably with perimeter wall or fencing 
  • Map Report : A Structural Map should be presented 
  • Electrical Work : The office shall include an adequate electrical Distribution System / EDL Meters must be installed 
  • Water Supply : Preferably a water well connected to the network of water in the building / Regular City Water Supply (Government) 
  • Surroundings : Easily accessible for public transportation / Preferably close to Hospitals / The office should be far from Political Groups Offices 
  • Drainage & Sanitary Sewerage system: Drainage system connected to local public network / the sanitary sewerage system shall be connected to the public sewer.
