Reports To: Communications & IT

Purpose: Development of Basmeh & Zeitooneh Website 

Main Responsibilities :

A Scope of Work: The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks:
a. Conducting a comprehensive assessment of the existing website and taking the needed information from it
b. Developing a detailed proposal outlining the strategy for the new website, including design concepts, features, and functionality.
c. Design the website's visual elements, including layout, color scheme, typography, and imagery, to align with our organizational branding and enhance user engagement.
d. Integrating interactive features and multimedia content to enrich user experience and convey our mission effectively.
e. Create tools for the Communications team to be able to edit/insert/delete content from pages without the need for a development team ( CMS )
f. Enhancing website security and optimizing performance for faster loading speeds.
g. Providing training and documentation for our team to manage and update the website independently.
h. Provide milestones and timeline to complete the development from A to Z
I. Provide full code and code documentation at the end of the contract

KPIs:

The selected candidate or Company will be responsible for delivering the following:
a. Detailed proposal outlining the approach, timeline, and cost estimates for the project.

b. Wireframes and mockups demonstrating the proposed website structure and design. c. Fully functional prototype or staging site for review and feedback.
d. Finalized website with all agreed-upon features and specifications implemented.
e. Documentation and training materials for website management and maintenance.
Submission Guidelines:
Proposals must be submitted electronically to [email protected] no later than 06/07/2024. Late submissions will not be considered.
● Evaluation Criteria: Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
a. Experience and expertise of the vendor in website development and design.
b. Quality and relevance of past projects in similar domains.
c. Clarity and feasibility of the proposed approach and timeline.
d. Cost-effectiveness and transparency of pricing.
e. Strength of references and client testimonials.

● Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates may be invited for interviews or presentations to further discuss their proposals and clarify any details. The final selection will be made based on the evaluation criteria and the best fit for our organization's needs.
● Confidentiality: All information provided in response to this RFQ is considered confidential and should not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent from Basmeh & Zeitooneh.
● Reservation of Rights: Basmeh & Zeitooneh reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received, to waive any informality in the proposals, and to accept the proposal deemed most favorable to our organization's interests, even if it is not the lowest priced.
Proposal Requirements: Interested parties are requested to submit proposals addressing the following:
a. Company profile, including relevant experience in website development and design, particularly in the non-profit sector.
b. Portfolio showcasing previous projects demonstrating proficiency in responsive design, user experience optimization, and content management systems.
c. Proposed methodology and timeline for completing the project.
d. Detailed breakdown of costs, including fees for design, development, testing, and any additional services.
e. Information about the team members who will be involved in the project, including their roles and qualifications.
f. References from past clients or partners.
