Advertising and Production Manager - Agency for Equality

Agency for Equality (AE) is seeking an Advertising and Production Manager. AE is a creative communication agency and a media sales-house, established by the Samir Kassir Foundation (SKF) and Equal Rights and Independent Media (ERIM), supporting independent media in Lebanon and the region, by selling their advertising inventory and increasing their marketing capacity.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage AE advertising campaigns and production processes;

2. Review advertising and production budgets in collaboration with the AE Director;

3. Pitch and sell to clients advertising opportunities;

4. Optimise advertising offers and advertising placements;

5. Monitor online and offline ad campaigns;

6. Assist AE director and project supervisors in achieving maximum efficiency, results and donor support;

7. Keep informed the Director / Project Manager about any essential change or information in the advertising market.

EXPERIENCE

1. Proven work experience in Communication and Advertising;

2. Knowledge of different types of offline and online advertising;

3. Demonstrable experience with producing and implementing effective advertising campaigns;

4. Knowledge of digital marketing and communication strategies;

5. Experience with production budget planning;

6. Excellent communication skills;

7. Degree in Media, Advertising, Production or relevant field.
