LRPS-2024-9189731- LTA for Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Repair and Supplies

UNICEF Lebanon would like to invite you for a new tender # LRPS-2024-9189731 for the establishment of “Long-Term Arrangement for Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Repair and Supplies” for the period of 2 years with possibility of extension for 2 additional

years” as stipulated in the attached tender document, Annex 1- TOR and Annex 2- BoQ (please request it by sending an email to [email protected]).

Proposals must be sent to the following secured email ONLY ([email protected]) no later than Thursday 16 May 2024, 12:00h.

Proposals must be sent in two separate emails; one technical and one financial.

- Email for technical proposal:

Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number (LRPS-2024-9189731) - name of your company- technical proposal. The email must include: The technical proposal only without prices.

- Email for price proposal:

Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number (LRPS-2024-9189731) - name of your company- price proposal. The email must include: The price proposal.

No changes on BoQ will be accepted. Please do not add/edit/remove cells on the attached BoQ, otherwise submission will be considered invalid.

For financial proposal, please submit the filled BoQ in both excel and signed PDF formats in addition to any other document you may want to submit.

Proposals sent in another manner will be considered invalid.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Please note that any inquiries related to this request will be acceptable through e-mail ONLY ([email protected]g & [email protected]) by 30 April 2024 the latest. Inquiries through phone call will not be considered.

Kindly make sure that LRPS reference number LRPS-2024-9189731 is mentioned in your e-mail.
