Exhibition Stand Setup
Objective
- Develop and install an exhibition stand that reflects the branding within a 45 to 50 sqm area, open on 2 sides, based on a pre-approved design.
- Equip the stand with specialized areas for product display and networking, including 6 counters, 3 high tables, and 12 high chairs, complemented by 6 displays for products.
- Maximize the visibility and accessibility of displayed products and the overall brand through strategic layout and impactful branding elements, such as a branded wall, displays, and counters.
Technical Specifications
Stand Setup:
- Execute the pre-approved floor plan to ensure optimal functionality and brand visibility.
- Organize the layout to incorporate specific zones for product displays and networking in accordance with the design specifications.
Printing and Branding:
Apply branding to 1 wall with a length of 10 meters, counters, and displays ensuring consistency and visibility of the branding. Dimensions and specific design requirements will be provided upon contract award.
Furniture and Accessories:
- Provide 6 counters for brand representatives to engage with attendees, ensuring they are fully branded and include 6 displays or 1 large multiple display for product showcasing.
- Provide 3 high tables and 12 high chairs for networking areas, positioned to facilitate interaction and conversation.
Additional Requirements:
- Consider integrating a raised floor to elevate the prominence of the stand.
- Implement tailored lighting solutions to spotlight products and foster a welcoming environment.
- Suggest and arrange for audiovisual equipment to support dynamic product presentations or promotional videos.
Portfolio Submission: Prospective suppliers are invited to submit a portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing and setting up exhibition stands.
Requirements & Conditions
- The supplier must complete the setup prior to the start of the exhibition and manage the dismantling immediately after the event concludes.
- All materials used must adhere to the highest quality standards and comply with local safety regulations.
Company Qualifications:
The company must have the following valid legal documents:
- Commercial Circular
- Fiscal Certificate of Incorporation at the Ministry of Finance
- VAT Certificate of Registration if applicable
- ID of company’s authorized representative(s)
Evaluation
- The quotation’s evaluation process will consider following with assigned weights:

Payment Terms
- Payments will be made only through bank transfer or bank cheques
- The price will be paid in USD while the VAT will be paid in LBP based on the official exchange rate on the date of the invoice.
- Payment will be made within 20 business days of invoice receipt.
