Organisational diagnosis of an association in the context of a partnership

Pierre Fabre Fondation announces a national call for proposals to carry out an Organisational Diagnosis (OD) of a Lebanese non-profit association. This initiative is part of a partnership aimed at improving the capacities of local partners within a new project in the health sector. The diagnostic, scheduled to take place between 13 and 28 May 2024 in Beirut, will cover the entire organisation (fewer than 10 people), with the exception of activities not funded by the main project.

The aim is to assess in detail organisational aspects such as communication, human resources management, administrative and financial management, project management and monitoring-evaluation, as well as logistics, IT and security management. At the end of the diagnostic, the selected external service provider will propose an action plan based on the main recommendations identified.

The expected deliverables include a detailed interim report in French, setting out the methodology used, the results of the analysis, the strengths, risks and areas for improvement, and an action plan. A final report and an oral presentation of the findings to the Pierre Fabre Foundation and the organisation concerned are also required, highlighting the implications for the partnership project.

The contractor's ideal profile includes proven experience in carrying out organisational diagnostics, particularly in the voluntary and humanitarian sectors, with specific skills in change management and participative facilitation. The contractor must be able to present solid references in similar sectors and demonstrate an ability to work in French, Arabic and English.
