As a Clerk at Sanabel Nour Association, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and organizational support to ensure the smooth functioning of various tasks within the organization. Your responsibilities will involve maintaining records, assisting with data entry, and performing general office duties
Key Responsibilities:
1- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing beneficiaries’ inquiries and concerns.
2- Provide accurate and relevant information to beneficiaries regarding services, and policies.
3- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve beneficiaries concerns or problems, aiming for first-call resolution.
4- Enter and update beneficiaries’ information accurately in the database during or after each call.
5- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure beneficiaries satisfaction and gather feedback.
6- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of beneficiaries’ interactions, comments, and complaints.
7- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the project, services, and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
8- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to address complex beneficiary’s issues or escalations.
9- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards in customer interactions and follow established procedures.
Data Entry: Accurately input and update information into databases and systems.
Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records, both physical and electronic.
Communication: Handle routine correspondence and communication, both internally and externally.
Customer Service: Assist in providing excellent customer service.
