Call for tender- headhunter services- SOS Children's Villages Lebanon
SOS Children's Villages Lebanon invites qualified and experienced headhunters to submit proposals for the recruitment of an executive position within our organization. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in advancing our mission and contributing to the overall success of our programs.
The headhunter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including but not limited to:
1. Conduct a thorough needs analysis in collaboration with SOS Children's Villages to understand the specific requirements and qualifications for the executive role.
2. Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top-tier candidates with the requisite skills, experience, and cultural fit for SOS Children's Villages.
3. Utilize various channels, including executive search, networking, and online platforms, to identify and engage potential candidates.
4. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including the initial screening, interviewing, and shortlisting of candidates.
5. Present a qualified shortlist of candidates to SOS Children's Villages, along with detailed assessments and recommendations.
6. Coordinate and support the interview and selection process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all stakeholders involved.
7. Assist in negotiating employment terms and finalizing the recruitment process with the selected candidate
Proposal Submission:
1. Company profile, highlighting relevant experience in executive recruitment, particularly in the
non-profit sector.
2. Methodology and approach for fulfilling the recruitment requirements, including timelines and
milestones.
3. Detailed breakdown of costs, including any fees, expenses, and payment terms.
4. References from previous clients in similar engagements.
How to apply
Proposal Submission Method: All bids must be submitted in sealed envelope showing the Tender name, bidder’s name, phone number and email to the following address:
Beirut, Sin El Fil, Monseigneur Shebli street, SOS building, 3rd floor.
Note that all pages should be stamped and signed.
Evaluation Criteria: Proposals will be evaluated based on the headhunter's experience, proposed methodology, timeline, and cost considerations.
Selection Process: Shortlisted Headhunters may be invited for an interview to discuss their proposals in more detail.

The bidder shall provide the following documents (SOS might request additional documents):

- Registration in the ministry of finance
- VAT registration certificate
- Company profile
- Similar list of executed services (a minimum of three services)
- Organization Chart reflecting the structure of the team who will be assigned to implement and monitor the required services
- Time schedule.
