Since the beginning of conflict and the exchange of fire has escalated at the Lebanese southern border. As a consequence, civilians in south Lebanon, including women, children, and media personnel were killed and injured and several thousand families from south Lebanon fled their homes. IRL team has confirmed the sensitivity and the urgency to initiate response, the intervention will be part of the emergency response and is expected to address the immediate needs of the communities seeking refuge in safer locations. This immediate response will facilitate the communities access to basic services. The assistance will consist of:

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for consideration of this tender, a tenderer should meet the
following requirements:

1. Company VAT Registered and has a financial
number.
2. Flexible in payments
3. Clear quotation stamped and signed by the company name.
4. Has a bank account by the company name and can receive external bank
transfer.
5. Distribution and labor cost should be included and mentioned on the
quotations.
