Job Overview:

Basic Literacy and Numeracy Educators: Mathematics, Arabic & English (For out of school children aged between 8 and 14 years old).

Job Summary:

We are actively looking for passionate and dedicated Mathematics, Arabic and English Educators to provide BLN to out of education refugee children aged between 8 and 14 years old. This role offers a distinct opportunity to ignite inspiration and foster education among young minds.

Responsibilities:

• Delivery of a proper action plan in line with the number of allocated hours for teaching.
• Student Support: Provide individualized and group support to students, addressing their needs, weaknesses, and areas of improvement.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Design, administer, and grade assessments and examinations to track children progress and provide constructive feedback for their continuous improvement.
• Resource Development: Create and utilize educational materials, resources, and technology to enhance the learning experience, making it interactive and relevant to the curriculum.
• Classroom Management: Maintain an organized and conducive learning environment, enforcing discipline and student engagement for a productive classroom setting.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow teachers, to enhance the overall learning experience, share best practices, and support a holistic educational approach.
• Parent-Teacher Communication: Maintain open communication with parents or guardians, updating them on childrens' progress and addressing any concerns or queries they may have.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, English, and Arabic or a related field.
• Teaching certification or licensure.
• Strong subject knowledge Mathematics, English, and Arabic.
• Previous teaching experience is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dedication to fostering a positive and motivating learning environment.

Duration:

The project will span 8 months, starting on January 15, 2024, and ending on Nov 30, 2024. The teacher is expected to deliver all the required services within this period.

Payment terms

The Teacher is expected to complete and submit:

• the approved deliverable
• relevant invoice and timetable  to be able to process the payment

If the above information, especially (the financial number) is not included, RMF shall deduct the due tax (7.5%) in accordance with the provisions of Articles 41 and 42 of the Income Tax Law.
