Business Development Trainer

The primary objective of the Business Development Trainer is to empower women in agricultural CoOp in Akkar Atika by providing three tailored Business Development sessions. The purpose is to equip the Coop women team with essential skills and strategies, focusing on the Business Management for productive activities within the cooperative and guiding participants in the creation of effective business strategies.

key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training modules introducing fundamental concepts of business management tailored to productive activities and the creation of business strategies aligned with CoOp goals.
• Provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of key business principles.
• Guide participants in developing practical and actionable strategies for their specific productive activities.
• Assess the specific needs and challenges of productive activities within the CoOp.
• Tailor training content to address the unique requirements of different business units.
• Introduce participants to market analysis techniques relevant to their respective business domains.
• Equip them with the skills to identify market trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
• Facilitate hands-on exercises, case studies, and group discussions to reinforce theoretical concepts.
• Encourage participants to apply business management principles and strategies to their daily activities 
• Conduct pre and post assessment to measure the impact on participants' knowledge and skills
