Assignment title: Social Media Agency to manage DRI Lebanon’s social media platforms and digital ad spending.
Assignment Location: Lebanon
Budget: Final budget is conditional on external funding; it will be finalised and agreed upon with the selected agency depending on final team capacity, capability, and experience level
Contract Period: January–December 2024

DRI is looking to appoint an experienced social media agency to manage its social media assignment in compliance with DRI’s communications strategy and objectives.

Agencies/companies that are interested in this assignment, should send their application to info.lebanon@democracy-reporting.org, with e.haddad@democracy-reporting.org cc’d, consisting of: (Kindly download the attached PDF to find all annexes and to check all the deliverables and requirements)
- All documents listed under the Technical Evaluation Part in Annex I – Technical and Financial Evaluation Form, i.e.,
- Agency credentials, including current client portfolio, agency services, etc.
- Profile of suggested team members
- Samples of previous work, as requested in Annex I
- 5–10-page statement of work detailing the company’s pitch for this assignment, the strategy process, planning framework, and methodology to fulfil the assignment scope
- Annex II and Annex III duly completed, stamped, and signed
- Financial offer in Euro, disaggregated by unit type and rate per unit including expert daily rate (as per the table provided in Annex IV)

The company will be evaluated 65% on their technical application and 35% on their financial offer (see Annex I – Technical and Financial Evaluation Form).
