LBN/HULO/2023-001, Call for Tender - Car Rental & Driver Hire

The Humanitarian Logistics Cooperative referred to as HULO on behalf of the following international non-governmental organizations, Action Against Hunger, ACTED, Danish Refugee Council, Federation Handicap Int. (Humanity & Inclusion), Medecins Du Monde, Plan International, Premiere Urgence International, Solidarities International, Terre des hommes, referred to as THE CONTRACTING NGO is currently conducting an open national tender for car rental and driver hire services.

Requests for clarifications must be received at the designated address in the tender documents in writing on November 23^rd, 2023, at 14:00 (Beirut time). Such requests must be delivered in writing by e-mail or in hard copies. There will be a clarification meeting at Action Against Hunger, Beirut office on November 24^th, 2023 at 11:00 (Beirut time) to answer all the questions received. Hulo will reply in wirting to all bidders' questions raised prior to the clarification meeting on November 27^th, 2023.

Costs incurred by the bidder in preparing and submitting the tender proposals will not be reimbursed.

We look forward to receive your tender at the address specified in the instructions to Bidders by December 11^th, 2023, as stated in the tender documents.

If you decide not to submit a tender, we would be grateful if you could inform us in writing, stating the reasons for your decision.
