WTL_SRM_Social Media Officer, with Graphic Design skills

Job type & Working Hours:

Full Time. (8 hours daily, Monday through Friday. Saturday 9:00 am – 1:00 pm). Part-Time is also an option.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Social Media Officer with graphic design skills, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling content and effectively managing our social media platforms to engage our community and enhance our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, curate, and schedule engaging social media content (text, images, and video) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, tiktok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase followers, engagement, and online community growth.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
• Analyze social media insights to optimize content and engagement strategies.
• Design inspiring and attractive visual assets, including promotional materials, graphics, and visual content that align with our brand and ethos.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
• Create designs for events, workshops, and marketing campaigns
• Produce summary materials in the form of promotional videos on a periodic basis.
• Organize and archive photos, videos, ads, and other materials in a manner that facilitates easy retrieval.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices in the wellbeing industry.

Requirements:

• Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Communications or Marketing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or similar.
• Experience in social media community management and content creation for business or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
• Proven experience of your graphic designer with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), with a Solid foundation in design principles
• Professional understanding of effective communication, marketing strategies, and audience engagement.
• Ability to track and analyze social media metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies, especially in the AI field, to enhance and optimize content creation and engagement strategies.
• A demonstrated ability for creative thinking a passion for promoting well-being and mental health, and Knowledge of related design trends is a plus.
• Living in Beirut or the suburbs.
