Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the Auction of Two Used Vehicles
The International Labor Organization (ILO), hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”, invites interested parties to submit bids for the auction of two (2) used vehicles as described in the attached document, in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this Invitation to Bid (ITB).
How to apply
Bid Submission:
a. Bidders must submit their bids in writing, in a sealed envelope, at ILO office on Justinien Street, Aresco Center, 12th floor, no later than 04 October 2023 15:00.
b. Bids must be submitted using the provided template document that includes the bidder’s name, contact information, selected vehicle(s) and bid amount.
A copy of ID card, if individual, and a copy of registration, if company, should be submitted along with the offer.
Bid Opening:
a. Bids will be opened on 04 October 2023 at 15:30 at ILO office on Justinien Street, Aresco Center.
b. Bidders or their representatives are welcome to attend the bid opening.
Bid Evaluation:
a. The highest qualified bidder(s) will be awarded the vehicle(s).
Acceptance of Bid:
a. The successful bidder(s) will be notified in writing within 1 business day after the bid opening.
Inspection and Contact Information:
Interested bidder are welcome to inspect the vehicles starting 25 September 2023 until 29 September 2023, from 09:00 to 15:00, at ILO offices on Justinien Street, Aresco Center, -1 floor.

Right to Amend:
The Seller reserves the right to amend or cancel this ITB at any time.
