Outreach Volunteer

The outreach volunteer will undertake functions as mentioned below:

• Performs proper outreach activities to reach relevant beneficiaries.
• Collect data at community and/or household level and conduct different assessment and surveys upon needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of project activities.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement to the Project Coordinator.
• Compile the data from the field and generate a daily report on the activities conducted.
• Report on challenges encountered, good practice and recommendations for outreach activities in the same area.
• Compile and submit regular reports on project progress, challenges, and achievements to the Project Coordinator.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with community members and leaders.
• Address beneficiary concerns, feedback, and complaints in a timely and respectful manner.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
