Needs Assessment for establishing a comprehensive database on the missing and forcibly disappeared in Lebanon

The NCMFD is currently seeking to engage an organization capable of conducting a thorough needs assessment for the development of the database on the missing and forcibly disappeared. The assessment should encompass the following aspects:

• Compilation of a list of entities possessing information pertinent to the missing and forcibly disappeared;
• Identification of NCMFD’s requirements for soliciting, managing and protecting the data related to the missing and forcibly disappeared;
• Identification of the needs of other entities involved in this cause particularly in collecting and protecting the information;
• Recommendations for eliciting information from relevant parties involved in the cause of the missing and forcibly disappeared;
• Proposals for establishing effective relations with the relevant officials, such as the judiciary and the ISF.

The NCMFD invites interested entities to submit their proposals in response to this call, addressing the outlined assessment areas.
