INVITATION FOR QUOTATION: FREELANCE VIDEOGRAPHY SERVICES FOR "SHE LEADS" PROGRAMME

"Terre des Hommes Italy in Lebanon (TDH IT) is inviting qualified service providers to submit their quotations for Freelance Videography Services.

Overview and Background:

Terre des Hommes Italy in Lebanon (hereinafter referred to as TDH IT) is seeking a qualified provider for Freelance Videography Services for the "She Leads" programme. The primary goal of this consultancy is to generate video footage that encapsulates the ethos, passion, and work of the She Leads programme, with a special emphasis on youth advocates. The video created using this footage will primarily serve as an advocacy tool, providing a platform for Girls and Young Women (GYW) and amplifying their messages. Moreover, it aims to reflect the vibrant, colorful, and audacious dynamics of the programme.

Scope of Work:

'- The Supplier shall ensure the supply of HD digital raw video footage that aligns perfectly with the script. It's essential that all footage be labelled in a manner correlating with the script, allowing for easy reference and identification.

- The Supplier is required to provide comprehensive HD b-roll footage. This should not only align with the essence of the main footage but also provide context-specific visuals and a clear depiction of the location/country. Again, clear labelling is imperative. Refer to Annex 1 - Section 4, Page 2

Objective:

The primary objective of this RFQ is to establish a "Service Contract" with the selected videographer. This contract will outline the commercial terms as per the TOR (Annex 1) regarding the videography services throughout the programme's implementation phase. It is essential to note that this framework agreement is an indication of terms and conditions and is not a commitment to purchase. It only delineates conditions that will be applicable in the event TDH IT decides to place an order.
