Job Description:

• Conduct interactive training on essential life skills.
• Design and deliver hands-on exercises for practical skill enhancement.
• Provide personalized guidance and feedback for participant growth.
• Share real-world experiences to prepare for life situations.
• Collaborate to improve the training program.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in life skills training.

Job Requirements: 

• Proven experience in life skills training, coaching, or a related field.
• Proficiency in delivering training sessions on various life skills topics.
• Strong knowledge of essential life skills, including communication, time management, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring is a plus.

Fixed-term contract for the duration of the training program consisting of 200 training hours.
