LBBT00964-WEB SERIES PRODUCTION
We are pleased to invite interested parties to submit a proposal for the production of a web series in our organization.
Background: Action Against Hunger aims to address adequate nutrition, responsive care and appropriate hygiene practices in Baalbeck-Hermel, South, Nabatiyeh through raising awareness about good infant and young child feeding practices through engaging and impactful storytelling. We have decided to produce a web series consisting of three to six short episodes, each with a duration of approximately 3 minutes. The web series will serve as an educational tool to disseminate information, inspire action, promote our cause, and break taboos around these sensitive subjects.
The series will be around published for World Breastfeeding Week, and this year’s theme is ‘Enabling Breastfeeding - Making a difference for working parents’. The series will show a group of women during the early part of the day when they gather for coffee, or what the Lebanese call “Sobhiye”, hence the series title. Like any Sobhiye, they will discuss their troubles, updates and will share information and advice with each other. Through this gathering and following a script, we will delivery important messages to women in the society in a way that they are used to. The public targeted (Women: young adults, adults, and older women…), will receive information like they are used to receiving them in a light way far from the lecturing style of awareness.
