Field Assistant
The specific responsibilities of the field assistant will include the following:
- Conduct daily field monitoring visits to provide support when needed to ensure quality implementation in all areas
- Outreach & follow up with relevant actors such as Youth Committees, Universities, and vocational schools, NGOs/ community focal points about the current project.
- Lead on the development of the Attendance Lists, service lists, and Payment lists for beneficiaries
- Maintain the participant’s database up-to-dated respecting ADR standards.
- Oversee the collection and maintenance of data of the program for statistical purposes according to the confidentiality/privacy policy of the organization.
- Engage in filing and archiving activities when needed.
- Assist in gathering of monitoring data for project reports.

Skills and Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in one or several of the following areas: social work or business administration and management.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience, especially at NGOs, academic organizations, standard- Experience in field distribution and outreach work.
- Extensive knowledge in dealing with local partners.
- Extensive experience interacting with different stakeholders including beneficiaries, local governance and municipalities’ leaders.
- Knowledge in writing clear and results oriented reports.
- Motivated self-starter who enjoys working in a collaborative and international environment
- Ability to work under pressure.

Arabic Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing
English Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing
