ICRC intends to dispose of the diesel forklift in its current condition, on an "as is where is" basis, without warranty. The forklift will be sold in its present state, and the buyer assumes all risks and responsibilities associated with its use.

The forklift is in working condition and will be sold individually.

Note:

The awarded bidder shall bear all costs, including related taxes, duties, and delivery of the used forklift. Additionally, the awarded bidder will also be responsible for bearing the cost of delivering the forklift to its final destination.
