Talent Beyond Boundaries (TBB) is seeking a highly-motivated and detail-oriented team member who is eager to be part of an innovative initiative that is driving transformational change for refugees globally. This is a challenging position that requires excellent interpersonal and data skills, impeccable organizational capabilities, and a high level of personal initiative.

ABOUT TALENT BEYOND BOUNDARIES

Talent Beyond Boundaries is the only organization in the world pioneering labor mobility as a complementary solution to traditional refugee resettlement. We are redefining global systems for millions of skilled refugees by creating pathways to international employment that make use of their skills. These pathways allow refugees to find stability and employers to gain new talent, while reducing the number of dependents on aid worldwide. We have been named pioneers of our field by the UNHCR, IOM, and the governments of Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom. To learn more, visit talentbeyondboundaries.org.

SCOPE OF ROLE

TBB has entered into partnerships with the National Health Service, the Department of Health and Social Care, and several private trusts to link displaced talent with roles in the healthcare sector in the UK; and is now working with the companies and governments across the globe to replicate this module.
