Under the overall supervision and guidance of the project director in Baalbek and the JRS Lebanon Regional Livelihoods Officer, the trainer will develop and deliver a 16-day training program on entrepreneurship skills for 25 vulnerable women (3 hours per day) who have already participated in a skills development training workshop. By the end of the training, trainees will have developed a market-validated business idea and prepared a solid business plan and marketing strategy for pitching to receive seed funding.
