Sun tent as a sun dehydrator.
The base will be a cover of epoxy on the floor and the base is concrete to hold the iron corners. On the iron structure the plex panels will be fixed as walls and roof for the tent.
Inside there will be stands of stainless steel for the produce to be spread on. And fans for the tent to regulate the temperature. As well as two doors of aluminum for entering and exiting the tent.
