- Put in place the human resources function of the organization
-Manage the HR of the organization
-Make human capital development schemes and implements them
- Keep the policies and procedures of the organization up to date
- Meet the funding partners requirements in the field of organizational functioning
QUALIFICATIONS
- Holder of MA in Human Resources Management
- Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus
- Have 5 years’ experience in a similar job
- Advanced communication skills
