الوصف:
- Develop the monitoring and evaluation framework for the project, including baseline data, qualitative and quantitative data collection tools, and indicators amongst others;
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure proper and timely implementation of the M&E framework, data collection methods and tools, and respect of the guidelines;
- Collect qualitative and quantitative data regularly from relevant stakeholders to measure achievement against the performance indicators;
- Conduct field visits to report project progress
- Assure quality of all data collected (timeliness, accuracy, validity, reliability, integrity, completeness)
- Consolidate field data and prepare M&E and narrative reports
- Support the gender mainstreaming throughout project activities and M&E processes;
- Contribute to a constructive learning environment and promote good practices.

تفاصيل درجة التعليم:
- A Master’s degree in Project Management, Information Management, International Development, Public Health, or other relevant field; specific M&E course/degree is an asset
- At least 5 years of proven experience in M&E, including technical knowledge of theory, standards and models, quantitative/qualitative/mixed methods, validity/reliability testing of data, data analysis and interpretation, and statistical inference methods;
- Excellent Arabic and English writing skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills
- Adaptability and ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work with people from different personalities and backgrounds
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Attention to details
- Ability to conduct frequent field visits to the areas of project implementation.
