About Rahma Medical Center 

RMC is a non-profit organization founded in 1997. It is recognized as one of the best rehabilitation centers in Lebanon. It has earned a good reputation in the field of rehabilitation due to the best services it offers and its patient care system.
Most people choose Rahma Medical Center because of the experienced staff that provides physical and occupational therapy, speech therapy, social and psychological services for patients of all ages(from children to adults). Rahma Medical Center offers treatment for a range of conditions , from the most complex conditions including cerebral palsy, spinal cord injury, stroke and traumatic brain injury, to the more common, such as chronic pain and sports injuries.

Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) is everyone’s responsibility and all staff are required to adhere to the Code of Conduct, that enshrines principles of PSEA, always (both during work hours and outside work hours). Familiarization with, and adherence to, the Code of Conduct is an essential requirement of all staff, in addition to related mandatory training. All staff must ensure that they understand and act in accordance with this clause.

Main Responsibilities:

Program Management:
Start up and implement a community based maternal health project which includes

Promotion of and referral to RH services (ANC and PNC) provided in SDC clinics
Conducting post-natal visits to newly delivered women and their infants (not later than 2 weeks after birth)
Promotion and awareness raising of and the availability of family planning methods and services for women in reproductive age
Provision of  health promotion on reproductive health
Support the SDC in reproductive health services
Ensure the completion of the SDC quality indicators
Work closely with the CHVs to identify pregnant women in need for ANC services and  newly delivered women and their infants in need for a PNC visits
Assist in the provision of reproductive health services in SDC clinics if needed and requested by the health manager
Ensure that field and SDC data entry forms and templates are used correctly and data is managed timely and with high quality.
Coordinate with Social workers RH related outreach activities.
Ensure the proper follow-up of pregnant women by the SDC
Submit timely weekly and monthly reports to the PHC Manager.
Support the development and management of a quality health management information system, feeding data into appropriate channels (MoSA , MoPH , UN ,etc...).
 

Logistics:
Support the logistics activities for the community health portion of the project as required and delegated by the PHC manager.
 
Reporting:
Provide accurate regular reports, statistics, and documented results and maintain detailed records of the overall health program activities in the field.  
Review facility and community level data from the field
Contribute to Rahma PHCC’s monitoring and evaluation activities
 

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, Access & XLS format, Generally Tech Savvy
