Ship Tour Admin Intern

Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Support finance and follow up on flight bookings and travel arrangements with the Ibtissam and the  travel agency.
• Follow up on Accommodation and Travel expenses reimbursement 
• Visa support
• Assistance in Procurements and purchases 
• Support in Ship Tour Logistics and budget reporting
• Support in Tunisian Camp Logistics and budget reporting
• Support in Dubai Logistics and budget reporting
• Assist in events coordination
• Follow up with suppliers and consultants on invoices and payments
• Follow up with external guests coming on board our ship including KIs, youth activists, scientists and more to ensure all their onboarding paperwork,medical requirements, travel, accomodation and visas is complete 
• Supplier’s reconciliations
• Support of coordination of field activities 
• Fact checking 
• Support our U4E campaigner with coordinating with Allies
• Support for the communication and coordination with youth and environmental groups across the region
• Support and follow up on the development of multimedia for the promotion of the Ship Tour
• Help draft copy for our supporter journey emails  

Requirements 

• Advanced computer skills (including MS Excel and Accounts packages)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize
