About the USAID-Funded Community Support Program (CSP) in Lebanon:

USAID’s Community Support Program (2018 – 2025) is designed to improve the delivery of essential services and enhance economic opportunities in marginalized and vulnerable communities, primarily in Lebanon’s North, South, and Beqaa regions. Through its support of municipalities and underserved and vulnerable communities, CSP aims to improve lives and reduce tensions that contribute to conflict and violence in the country.

Description of Intervention:

As part of the USAID-funded Community Support Program for Lebanon (CSP), Chemonics is soliciting proposals from an eligible capacity-building Service Provider (SP) to implement institutional technical assistance in Human Resources Management to three selected Technical and Vocational Education and Training Institutes (TVETs). The capacity building will focus on a range of topics such as recruitment and selection processes, staff training and development, performance evaluation, Lebanese labor law, among others.
