Tender- ERP System ( Microsoft Dynamics)
NABAD is looking for a vendor to provide an ERP system covering the main business processes. The solution should include the relevant modules in order to meet the requirements of an ERP solution that ensure the adaption of To Be processes of NABAD.
In order to meet the requirements, the customization could be suggested on the ERP solution as the to-be process of NABAD is very well automated and requirements might be unique.
The ERP should commit with the following points:
1. This solution must be fully integrated with NABAD business processes.
2. A full and detailed project plan must be provided as part of the submission including a work breakdown structure (WBS). This plan must clearly feature the key steps, timelines, milestones and clearly defined deliverables. This means that the bidders have to mention exactly, precisely and clearly what they are going to do, perform, develop and deliver in detail for the entire project.
3. Full training must be provided in use of the system and cover all staff.
4. Full support, maintenance, and warranty to be provided and proposed. SLAs to be provided and to be in line with NABAD requirements

1. TENDER PROCESS: All interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers ( Proposal, Technical Plan,Methodology, budget, Detailed timeline,etc..) in person and not by email in a sealed envelope and a sample to: Nabad Bekaa Office, Ali Hassan Building, facing Canada station,Rayak Main Road.
2.CLOSING DATE: Deadline for bids submission is 5th of August 2022 at 14:00 Beirut Time.
All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.
