How to apply

SCI in the process of placing a Framework Agreement for External Audit Services for two years. The attached Evaluation Criteria has been specifically created to provide you with all the information required to understand SCI’s requirements, and complete a response to the process, should you wish.
Bids can be submitted by either:
1- Paper Submission
- One paper copy submit on headed paper to one of the following address:
- Lebanon, Country Office. Beirut, Furn El Chebbak, Tohwita, PIKASSO Building, Ground Floor -
- Lebanon, North Office. North- Koura, Al Nakhle, Mazaar, Plot No. 1041, Al Khoury Commercial Centre,
- Lebanon, Zahla Office. Zahleh, Maalaqah, facing Al Rihab Resort, Les Apartements 184, Block B
- The envelope should clearly indicate the Invitation to tender reference number "External Audit Services PR103477" but contain no other details relating to the bid or the bidder’s name.
- All supporting documentation should be labelled and grouped together (individual envelopes, stapled, etc), and then included in a single sealed envelope as per the above.
2- Electronic Submission via Email
- Email should be addressed to Procurement Committee members at [email protected]
- Note – this is a sealed tender box that will not be opened until the tender has closed. Therefore, do not send tender-related questions to this email address as they will not be answered.
- The subject of the email should be “External Audit Services PR103477 – ‘Bidder Name’, ‘Date’’.
- All attached documents should be clearly labelled so it is clear to understand what each file relates to.
- Emails should not exceed 15MB – if the file sizes are large, please split the submission into two emails.
- Do not copy other SCI email addresses into the email when you submit it as this will invalidate your bid.
Your bid must be received, no later than 8th of July 13:00 GMT+3 Lebanon
Bids must remain valid and open for consideration for a period of no less than 60 days.
