SCI is in the process of hiring an external consultant/consultancy firm to conduct a Desk Review - Impact of Remote Education in NFE. The attached TOR has been specifically created to provide you with all the information required to understand SCI’s requirements, and complete a response, should you wish.

Proposals must include the following:
- Outline of evaluation framework and methods, analysis techniques, proposed time frame and work plan
- Proposed evaluation budget and proposed payment schedule aligned with deliverables schedule
- CVs and evidence of past evaluation papers for each team member
- Example of previously conducted evaluation
