CSE Projects - Call for Trainers

Basmeh & Zeitooneh is a registered Lebanese organization, committed to serving refugees and vulnerable communities in Lebanon, through four community centers across the country. The organization runs educational, relief, livelihoods, and protection programs, and aims to serve as an inclusive and supportive focal point for the entire community.

About the project:

The Civil Society Enablement unit at Basmeh & Zeitooneh is seeking to train and support CBOs, to share their experience and expertise with the participants. To reach this aim, we are currently looking for trainers to facilitate and contribute to the organization of online training and workshops for the Civil Society Enablement projects.

The projects aim to develop and empower civil society actors by providing professional training and coaching through an in-depth analysis of the needs of civil society organizations and the continuous follow-up of these organizations during the training period.

Training topics:

The main topics of the training include the following:

1. Financial Management.
2. Project Cycle Management.
3. MEAL.
4. Fundraising and Proposal Writing.
5. Strategic Planning and Governance.
6.  Advocacy.
7. Women’s political participation.
8. Facilitation skills.
9. Women’s Rights.
10. Gender Issues, GBV.
11. Networking.
12. Positive Masculinity.
13. Conflict sensitivity and conflict analysis.

Each topic consists of 4-5 training days. The trainer could be specialized in one or more topics. The trainers will work together with the Basmeh & Zeitooneh team in:

• The preparation of the training Materials (Curricula, presentation and any relevant document) ...
• Run and facilitate the training sessions.
• Run and Facilitate peer to peer coaching sessions as per participants needs.
• Prepare a report setting out the main lessons shared during the sessions.

Experience: 

• 3-5 years of experience, whether in the private, public or in a civil society organization.
• Previous experience in the development sectors (such as in livelihood, protection, education etc.) is a plus, especially start-up and small community-based organizations.
• Proven experience as a trainer, previous experience in business training is a plus
• Working experience in a multicultural context

Skills:

• Proficiency in Arabic language (oral / written) mandatory
• Ability to communicate in English
• Good ability to work in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
• Adapted to multinational teams
• Ability to multitask

Trainers are expected to be available as of June 2022 until May 2023. Please note that these are projected dates for scheduling purposes subject to further clarification on the specific dates of each training.

وحدة تمكين المجتمع المدني في جمعية بسمة وزيتونة تعمل على تدريب ودعم منظمات المجتمع المحلي لتشارك خبراتها ومعارفها مع المشاركين, لتحقيق هذا الهدف; إننا في الوقت الحالي نبحث عن مدربين لتيسير تدريبات وورش عمل أونلاين للمنظمات المستهدفة في مشاريع تمكين المجتمع المدني, تهدف هذه المشاريع إلى تطوير وتقوية ممثلي المجتمع المدني من خلال تزويدهم بتدريبات احترافية و جلسات إرشاد من خلال تحليل عميق لحاجات منظمات المجتمع المدني ومتابعة مستمرة لهذه المنظمات خلال فترة التدريبات.

التدريبات المطلوبة هي:

1- الإدارة المالية.

2- إدارة المشاريع.

3- المراقبة والتقييم والمساءلة والتعلم.

4- التمويل وكتابة مقترحات المشاريع.

5- الحوكمة والتخطيط الاستراتيجي.

6- المناصرة.

7- المشاركة السياسية للمرأة.

8- مهارات التيسير.

9- حقوق المرأة.

10- القضايا الجندرية, العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي.

11- التشبيك.

12- رجوليات وإشراك الرجال.

13- حساسية الصراع و تحليل الصراع.

كل موضوع يحتاج إلى 4 إلى 5 أيام تدريبية ويمكن للمدرب أن يكون متخصص في مادة تدريبية أو أكثر, سيعمل المتدربين بشكل جماعي مع فريق عمل بسمة وزيتونة على:

•  تحضير المادة التدريبية ( المنهج, العرض التقديمي, وأي مستند آخر يطلب…)
•  تيسير وتنفيذ جلسات التدريب
•  تيسير وتنفيذ جلسات  الإرشاد حسب حاجة كل جمعية
• تحضير تقارير تعكس أهم الدروس المستفادة من الجلسات

الخبرة المطلوبة:

• من ثلاث إلى خمس سنين خبرة سواء في القطاع العام, الخاص, أو منظمات المجتمع المدني.
•  خبرة سابقة في مجالات التطوير مثل ( سبل العيش, الحماية, التعليم.. ) بالإضافة, خصوصاً, في المشاريع الناشئة ومنظمات المجتمع المحلي.
•  خبرة مثبتة كمدرب, تعتبر الخبرة السابقة في مجال إدارة الأعمال ميزة إضافية.
•  خبرة عمل في سياق متعدد الثقافات.

المهارات:

•  إتقان اللغة العربية ( شفهي - كتابي )
• القدرة على التواصل باللغة الانكليزية.
• قدرة جيدة للعمل على مايكروسوفت أوفيس وبرامجه بطريقة جيدة.
• التكيف على العمل مع جنسيات مختلفة.
• القدرة على إنجاز عدة مهام.

يجب على المدربين أن يكونوا متاحين في الفترة من حزيران 2022 حتى أيار 2023. يرجى ملاحظة أن هذه التواريخ قابلة للتعديل والتواريخ بشكل محدد أكثر حسب الحاجة.
