Full-time Web Development Trainer

Role Mission

We are looking for an ambitious, organised, technically-oriented individual to assist in the running of one of our Codi locations. Your role will be to take part in training all of our students into future web developers and digital project managers and accompanying them throughout their daily activities. 

Responsibilties

• Prepare and deliver exercises and teachings for the full 6-7 month Core programme 
• Be present, monitor and support the students on a daily basis (working closely with other trainers) 
• Participate in the recruitment of future cohorts 
• Accompany the class during meetups and social events

Profile Requirements

Technical Requirements

• Passionate about programming and web development
• Wide knowledge in PHP and Javascript frameworks
• Good knowledge of design patterns and continuous delivery principles
• Strong customer focus, excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in resource management (technical teams)

Desired Skills

• Fervent desire and passion for teaching (1-2 years experience)
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn
• Previous experience dealing with projects/clients
• Strong UX / UI practices
