Intent to Bid - WS423201295 - FORSA - Apprenticeship Module Training

The apprenticeship is a beginner level and preparatory module for two-month long designed for junior digital individuals(apprentices) that aims to build their experience and portfolios by linking them to digital industry professionals(masters) who'll be accompanying apprentices to prepare them to win projects in their fields and enter the freelance industry.

• Objectives of the requested service: 
• FORSA II team in Mercy Corps is looking for expert(s) and/or consultancy companies and/or recruitment agency service providers who will be responsible for handling the Apprenticeship module, to scale it up and carry through its implementation.

The service provider will be responsible for outreach to master trainers, to build their capacity (if any), outreach to apprentices, and match apprentices with the master trainers in every specific category of the training, in addition to organizing and executing the training.

The selected service provider will then follow up on the training schedule, attendance, recorded sessions, logistics, pre and post-tests, incentives (if any), graduation, and required reporting.

• Main tasks: 

1. Handle the Apprenticeship module: 

A. Master Trainers Outreach: up to 40 master trainers

B. Apprentices Outreach: Conduct the outreach, selection process and assessment.

C. Training Implementation: Attendance, matching apprentices/master, Facilitate the delivery of the pre-work training, prepare outline for each subject matter  (Graphic design, web development, web design, translation, video animation, architecture, content writing, digital marketing, etc..), methodology to showcase the methods to follow to deliver the training, and schedule etc..
