الوصف: 
  • Implement TVET and OJT activities following the methodologies set by the Livelihood department respecting the administrative, logistical and communication procedures;
  • Follow up the planning and implementation of the activities based on donor requirements and AVSI procedures;
  • Work closely with school coordinators and TVET teachers to ensure the quality implementation of the activities following the SOP of the vocational department;
  • Guide and track youth development throughout project activities;
  • Conduct regular field visits for the monitoring of the quality implementation of projects activities, as well as spot checks on correct application of administrative and logistical procedures;
  • Identify the needs and gaps and develop a work plan with project personnel based on previous month results (including technical recommendations);
  • Collect and compile beneficiaries and activities info on project databases;
  • Collaborate with the M&E department and facilitate data collection and validation through different M&E tools (database, focus group discussion, surveys and other);
  • Conduct relevant research and provide technical expertise to support the program;
  • Provide lessons learned from the field and suggest improvements regarding the activities’ implementation;
  • Assist in the provision of comprehensive reports along the year including quantitative data and full descriptive narrative;
  • Ensure monthly collection of timesheets, preparation of payment tables and follow up un payments disbursement
  • Maintain up to date activities archive (both in hardcopies and electronically);
