Supply of a 1 car 4WD car (crossover/SUV) with the following specifications:

1. Mileage (0-10 KM Max)
2. Body Style: Crossover/SUV
3. Transmission: Automatic
4. Number of Cylinders: 4
5. ABS brakes: Required
6. EBD: Required
7. Airbags: 2 and more
8. Central locking: Required
9. Keyless entry: Required
10. Front fog lights: Required
11. Air conditioning: Required
12. Cruise Control: Preferable.
13. Rear View Camera: Required
14. Spare Tire
15. Vehicle year model: 2019 onward
16. Warranty: no less than 3 years or 60,000 KM
17. Origin: no limits but European, Korean, and Japanese are preferable.
18. Availability: immediately.

Evaluation Factors

1. Evaluation committee will evaluate firstly the administrative compliance review on Acceptable/Not Acceptable. To determine if the bids meet the mandatory requirements stated above.
2. The criteria for selection, indicated in the Evaluation Grid will be based on the best value for money plus technical analysis based on several factors. Given that Evaluation Committee is not bound to the lowest price or to any bid made as a result of this bid that is not technically responsive.

Annex A. Registration of the company together with the copy of the Registration

Annex B.  Technical specifications and requirements to be signed and stamped

Annex C. Financial Proposal signed, and stamped

Submission deadline: 1^st of February 2022, before 3:30 PM.
