Construction Contractor for a Tourism and Archaeological Center
The contractor is expected to work in close cooperation with APJM team and the supervising architects, to execute the below tasks.
Executing the construction works, following the architect’s plans and a set a timeline.
Determining and procurement of material and equipment.
Meeting any regulatory and legal issues related to the construction.
Doing the works,and establishing effective communication between the partners to report on project progress and arising issues.
How to apply
Interested contractors should have:
- At least 10 years of experience in building contracting, with a verified experience in executing “Béton brut” constructions
- Mandatory: previous experience in similar projects.
