WGDP - Tender for Laptops

Corus invites qualified suppliers to submit offers in accordance with the requirements and specifications listed in the document attached. Corus is looking to receive up to 200 Laptops with specifications mentioned in the RFP to assist beneficiaries within the scope of the WGDP project implementation.

Payment terms :

Net-30

In order to be considered, quotes must be valid for at least 90 days and must include all of the following:

• Complete vendor contact information – including vendors physical address and full legal name.
• The price offered for required Laptops, including associated costs, including VAT at official rate.
• Current contact information for at least 3 past customer references.
• All information relevant to demonstrating the vendor’s ability to meet Corus ’s Evaluation Criteria (see below).
• Laptops are to be used for educational purposes, such as surfing the web and using MS Office
• Price per Laptop should not exceed USD 350, all inclusive
• LWR reserves the right to order less than the mentioned quantity
