Call for Proposal: Initial Environment Examination - IEE
The International ORthodox Christian Charities is soliciting a request for proposal to conduct Initial Environmental Examination Reports & Related Studies for Health Dispensaries’ Greening projects, that will generally include the following:
- Green retrofitting

Water management
List of health dispensaries:
- Al Qarya al Tobbiya-Bar Elias Central Bekaa - (مستوصف القرية الطبية-بر الياس البقاع الاوسط)
- Ousrati Medical Center-Deir Dalloum Akkar - (مستوصف أسرتي الطبي-دير دلّوم عكار)
- Centre de Protection Maternelle et Infantile (CPMI)-Karm el Zeitoun Ashrafieh

How to apply
Reputable consultancy firms knowledgeable and experienced in the environmental field and water treatment, able to mobilize key personnel/ team of experts in solid waste management, water treatment & recycling, to successfully submit all the required deliverables mentioned above.
The firm should meet ALL of the below requirements:
- The firm should be officially certified by the Council of Development and Reconstruction (CDR) for conducting Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) in Lebanon.
- At least 10 years of professional experience in conducting EIAs, designing waste water treatment plants are required.
- The technical team leader should have minimum relevant advisory experience of 10 years and worked on environmental similar projects at least.
