Invitation to Bid ref.2021-TR-02: Procurement of WASH Kit
FOH is a non-governmental organization that operates as an independent living for persons with disability. Its mandate is the work for the provision of a better life of persons with disability is in the process of implementing a humanitarian project in the following area Tripoli- Akkar- El Menieh-Dennieh. The Project will contribute to the well-being of the most vulnerable Lebanese and Syrian families through provision of food parcels and WASH kits. The main expected output of the project is to improve the food security of families affected by the current crisis in Lebanon and due to the health risks surround us. This will be achieved through the provision of Hygiene items ensuring coverage of basic Bi-monthly needs.
FOH hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject.

- printed brochures and product catalogues to the Goods and/or Services being procured
- Two Envelopes:
- The first envelope will contain the technical and administrative information of the bidder (Entity Registration Certificate, Commercial Circular that shows the authorized signatory, Registration Certificate “MOF”, VAT Registration Certificate, Copy of Entity Owner ID)
- Schedule of requirements and Technical Specifications (Price Schedule)
- Sample of each kit (Hygiene kit, Baby kit, and Elderly Kit) that include the products indicated in Section C
- Supplier Questionnaire
- Previous relevant experience Form
Note: All the required documents must be delivered to the Forum for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, within the specified period by Monday 13 September 2021 before 3:30 pm. Every request submitted after the specified period is immediately rejected.
