  1. University degree or technical or proven experience of at least three years in fashion design, art or any related field.
  2. To be familiar with the mechanism of work and training on various types of crochet, knitting, sewing and designing dolls.
  3. Awareness of the main principles of protection and work with adolescents and youth.
  4. Should have previous experience in training work and youth centers.
  5. Ability to use MS-Office software and can easily navigate over the Internet.
  6. Ability to organize individual meetings and case studies as well as organizing focus meetings (Focus groups).
  7. Experience in charitable work and organizations.
  8. Should have team spirit, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  9. Awareness and commitment to humanitarian standards.

الوصف: 
  1. Follow up on the process of registering the beneficiaries of crochet activities and doll design.
  2. Preparing training materials for crochet classes, designing dolls, and related activities, under supervision and coordination of the center’s administration and program’s management
  3. Follow up on the attendance schedules and all work papers related to their classes and follow up on their completion.
  4. Work directly on managing and facilitating crochet classes and designing dolls under the supervision and coordination of the center's administration and program’s management.
  5. Coordination with the rest of the facilitators and trainers for the success of all activities.
  6. Supporting the management of the center in following up on all activities related to crochet, designing dolls and other related activities.
  7. Coordination with the entire main office departments and providing the necessary support from reliable field information.
  8. Ensure the quality of data and reports and share them with the head office.
  9. Writing monitoring reports and providing them with appropriate explanations from charts, and ensuring that they are shared with the appropriate parties.
  10. Submit periodic reports and participate in field needs assessments and project ideas.
  11. Performs all required duties assigned by the center’s management and the program’s management in relevant to his/her experience and job position.
