Under the SOS Lebanon 20a Emergency Relief Project, the administrative assistant appointed to work within the Emergency Response program will work closely with the project coordinator, finance officer, and social workers in assisting with documentation and filing of beneficiaries‘ documents, including data entry of bills and receipts. Basic billing knowledge is preferable.
Key Performance Areas and Responsibilities:
- Supports social workers and finance officer with monetary assistance process
- Ensures smooth workflow by handling/ assisting in collection, data entry, organization, and filing of beneficiary bills
- Provide support in basic Excel function and other administrative tasks as assigned by the ERP coordinator
Child Safeguarding (CS)
- Responsible to report any CS suspicion, concern, allegation or incident immediately, following Child Safeguarding reporting procedures. CS reports should be made to the CS team at programme level and/or to the respective line manager
