“Communications Consultant”

1. Objectives

The aim of this consultancy is to develop the communication plan and activities in Lebanon, develop and formalize internal communications and social media strategies as well as assist in enhancing the organization’s overall brand in the country.

2. Responsibilities,

tasks and deliverables To develop a communication plan and visibility strategy that is adapted to the brand and needs of the organization. The plan would include: o Advertising actions to increase the profile of Right To Play Lebanon pages as well as the engagement on social media and linked-In to target specific audiences and donors o Plan for high-impact social media campaigns; including fundraising, awareness, and advocacy campaigns on education issues/ child rights/ psychosocial support… o Recommendations for establishing a communications department to lead in implementing the communications plan, including an adaptation of job description and responsibilities

3. Qualifications of the consultant

Essential Education background and experience:

 The consultant should have a relevant Master’s degree and background in Communications, Public Relation, Marketing or any related field - A degree in NGO management is a plus

 Minimum 10 years experience working in the field of communications and developing internal communications plan and strategies for non-governmental organizations

 Experience working in the field of digital communication, advertising, and production  Extensive experience in managing and implementing consultations
